Terms and Conditions of the Coast & Valley Tractors Mow & Grow Machinery Expo Prize Raffle

Eligibility

Entry is open to Coast & Valley Tractors' customers over 16 years of age who make an in-store purchase over the value of $250 from 8.30am Monday 9 September until 12.30pm Saturday 2 November 2024. The greater the value of the in-store spend, the greater number of tickets in the draw will be received.

In-store spend can be on products or services provided by Coast & Valley Tractors. Spend must be in one transaction. Payments to be made in full.

Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

The Promotion Period commences at 8:30am Monday 9 September 2024 and entries close at 12:30pm Saturday 2 November 2024.

To enter, Eligible Entrants must make an in-store purchase greater than $250 during the Promotion Period above.

Prizes and winning

The random prize draw will take place at 1:00pm on Saturday 2 November 2024 at 17 Catamaran Road, Fountaindale, NSW at the Mow & Grow Machinery Expo.

Prize winner will receive a Cub Cadet RZT 42” zero-turn mower to the value of $6,990. Prize does not include delivery. Delivery charges may apply. Machine is ex-demo model. Runner up will receive a Bushranger 36v9501 36V battery powered 16" lawn mower 5Ah kit valued at $699.

Total Prize pool value is $7,6890.00.

The prize is to be collected by the winner from 17 Catamaran Road, Fountaindale, NSW by the 30 November 2024.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

The winner must be present at the Mow & Grow Machinery Expo at time of drawing to claim the prize.

Prize conditions

The draw will be conducted on-site at the Mow & Grow Machinery Expo at 1pm on Saturday 2 November 2024. The winner must be physically present at the time of the draw to claim the prize.

If the selected winner is not present, a redraw will take place immediately until a present winner is found.

The winner will have their details published on www.tractors4u.com.au and social media on Monday 4 November 2024.

Entry

The Promotion Period commences at 9am Friday 1 November 2024 and entries close at 2pm Saturday 2 November 2024.

To be eligible, Entrants must make an in-store purchase over $1,500 during the Promotion Period above.

Entrant will be granted one spin for each purchase over $1,500. Purchase must be in one transaction. Each purchase grants one spin only. Unless they land on spin again during play.

Prizes and winning

Prize wheel promotion will run from 9am Friday 1 November until 2pm Saturday 2 November 2024 at 17 Catamaran Road, Fountaindale, NSW at the Mow & Grow Machinery Expo.
